Mariah is a self taught home cook who moved to New Smyrna Beach, FL 12 years ago to be closer to her aging grandparents. Mariah has a wide variety of work experience including elementary school teacher, server, bartender, tutor, grant writer, Process Improvement Manager, and Director of Operations for a church. Mariah has a Masters Degree from Indiana University, Food Safety Manager’s Certification, and an Introductory Level Sommelier Certificate. When Mariah isn’t in the kitchen, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets. She also enjoys yoga, walking, and the great outdoors, especially the beach.
